I believe that the Kissing Couple is one of the oldest, most popular products in the Timberkits line. It's an easy kit. The instructions are clear and well labeled.

Each pair of "hands" consists of a single piece of wood with the hands connected at the fingers. If I had to do it again, I would have cut the piece in half to give the hands better definition.
